• Bachelor's degree in Brand Management, Marketing or a related field. • 3+ years proven experience in brand management with a proven track record in leading successful brand campaigns and strategies. • Demonstrated ability to develop, articulate, and execute a clear, long-term brand vision and strategy that aligns with business goals. • Experience in crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences across various channels and platforms. • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and advertising. • Proven analytical skills with the ability to leverage consumer insights, market research, and data to inform branding decisions and strategies. • Experience of working across departments such as product, sales, customer experience, and marketing to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints. • Experience of managing budgets effectively and measuring the return on investment (ROI) of branding and marketing activities. • Demonstrated experience and understanding of how brand management can drive business growth, increase market share, and improve customer loyalty. • Experience working for a SaaS business and using Agile methodologies. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams. • Ability to manage the brand's public image, including navigating PR challenges and crises effectively.
