Description

• Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms. • Monitor and respond to messages on Unibox (LinkedIn, Email, Intercom). • Manage ops for campaigns through various digital channels to drive revenue growth. • Test new ideas and tactics to drive growth and scale successful experiments. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment between campaigns and sales efforts. • Analyze objections and bring insights to enhance processes and drive efficiency. • Analyze data to identify trends and prepare regular reports on effectiveness. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms. • Assist in integrating various SaaS tools and software. • Provide insights into key revenue drivers and suggest strategies for growth. • Conduct market and competitive research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 2-4 years of experience in a RevOps, Growth Marketing, or Sales Operations role in a SaaS. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. • Knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics and KPIs (ARR, MRR, churn, etc.). • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools.
