📋 Description

• Remote- Washington State , Oregon, and Idaho • Thales is hiring an Senior Sales Engineer to cover our West region of the US. • Our Senior Sales Engineers are an integral part of Thales Imperva’s sales organization and assist the sales team with pre-sales technical knowledge and presentations. • They work closely with sales managers, prospects and partners as the subject-matter expert to demonstrate how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Data Architecture, Database Administration, network security, web application development or related security solutions • Familiarity in databases (Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, DB2) • Experience in Linux administration • Must have a foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, load balancers, proxies, and firewalls • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Compliance standards knowledge (PCI, SOX, HIPAA) – an advantage • Able to effectively present technical material to small and large groups. • Up to 50% travel availability and flexibility.
