• Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for restaurants. • You’ll be responsible for a broad range of activities with increasing exposure to GTM strategy. • A rare opportunity to play a critical role in a fast-paced startup. • Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with sales, product management, and customer success. • Support a wide range of activities across the marketing funnel with a focus on product marketing. • Gather and analyze the market and competitive intelligence. • Own all aspects of sales and partner enablement and our sales product demo. • Manage the execution of product launches and releases. • Produce diverse collateral that effectively communicates Thanx platform capabilities.
• 5+ years of product or marketing experience at a fast-growing technology, agency, or advisory firm with clear, fast, and hard-earned career progression with at least 2-3 years in product marketing. • Expertise in related B2B SaaS technologies, including marketing automation, email marketing, CRM, loyalty, feedback, mobile or web technology, or experience working in the retail or restaurant industry. • Experience in a very fast-paced, startup environment with the ability to quickly get up to speed, iterate, and take on other projects. • Project management skills with analytics chops and excellent written and oral communication skills.
