πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Maintain a 12 month forecast on significant programs and products for all business units that are direct, through subcontractors, and through distribution. β€’ Fill out Demand Creation PowerPoints forms quarterly showing parts designed in on customer programs. β€’ Travel with factory personnel into accounts as needed to support design, manufacturing, quality and new opportunities. β€’ Travel to company factories when appropriate to engage the team on new designs and critical deliveries. β€’ Sell the factories on why the program is vital to our success. β€’ Responsible with inside team to have the ability to view the Electronic Purchasing and Report Card system your customer may be using. β€’ Work on a monthly basis with the quality teams and inside sales teams at the customer and company business unit on maintaining an acceptable level of performance on quality, delivery, and affordability. β€’ Create and maintain a program breakout with complete Bill of Material by Product / Business Unit & quantity per system and sales dollars potential.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and 5 years' experience in engineering, sales support, sales or marketing in the aerospace industry required. β€’ Equivalent education/experience will be considered. β€’ Experience working with Aerospace and Defense customers is preferred. β€’ Interconnect knowledge and/or experience a plus. β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at both oral and written communications. β€’ Proficiency working with Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). β€’ Confidentiality. β€’ Ability to travel approximately 60-70% of the time.
