📋 Description

• The Technical Consultant (TC) is a key member of our project teams who designs, develops, tests, and deploys solutions for our customers. • Maintain a keen understanding of the products we implement and our customer’s business • Deliver excellence and engage in timely and effective written and verbal communications with customers and teammates. • Participate in story grooming and pointing sessions and ensure your understanding of requirements and point stories. • Participate in stand-ups and sprint retrospectives and provide solution guidance to the project team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-8 years of proven experience in the IT services/consulting industry • 2-6 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, or maintenance experience • Public Trust Clearance • BS Degree or equivalent work experience • First-class communication and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude • Ability to travel up to 20% to customer locations nationally • ServiceNow experience is required • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn every day • ServiceNow HRSD product experience is a MUST
