Description

• Monitor and analyze compliance of affiliates and partners • Ensure adherence to marketing regulations • Conduct manual and automated reviews of marketing materials • Manage consumer privacy requests • Research federal and state laws for compliance updates • Review forms and disclosures for regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities • Willingness to learn new tasks and take on new responsibilities • Ability to easily adapt • Ability to work independently and as a team player • Knowledge of federal and state consumer protection laws • Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products • Knowledge of SQL, Airtable, Hubspot, Everflow, HitPath, LeadsPedia • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Background in compliance is a plus, but not required
