📋 Description
• Obtain and evaluate data to identify educational opportunities for public accounting firms. • Improve profession by enhancing audit quality. • Handle unique challenges in a team-oriented environment. • Liaison with committees, task forces, or regulatory agencies. • Develop meeting materials and provide research and project assistance. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Program and its administrative processes. • Assist peer review committees and firms with peer review questions. • Develop processes to support Association strategies and projects. • Perform technical reviews and oversights of peer reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• CPA designation. • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience or equivalent with emphasis on audit and attest work. • Working knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and quality control standards. • Experience with managing sensitive information and conflict resolution.
