• 8+ years of experience in running large scale compensation programs • Strong intuition for sales metrics • Comfortable analyzing complex data sets • Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot, look-ups, macros, etc.) • Use SQL, ideally Tableau and Workday too • Effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally • Craft compelling messages for diverse audiences
