Description

• Under the direction of the Senior Vice President (SVP), the Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for identifying and securing new business for Pareto Health in the New York City / Westchester regions. • The RVP leverages existing relationships with Insurance Brokers to secure qualified meetings with prospective clients (small to mid-size employers). • The ideal candidate is a proactive, confident, self-starter that thrives in competitive situations and is determined to exceed targeted goals. • Identify, educate and develop strong consultant partner relationships with insurance brokers and employee benefits advisors. • Assist consultants with identification and education of prospective employers. • Drive the understanding of large and complex risk management programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the self-insured, self-funded or stop-loss market • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications • Must possess strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • This position is REMOTE and based within the Long Island or Westchester NY area, or within a reasonable driving distance
