Description

• Responsible for overall operational performance strategy for Cigna clients. • Aligns with the Western United States for client management. • Achieves net medical membership growth, profitability, and persistency objectives. • Collaborates with advocacy partners on benefit and service strategies. • Maintains current knowledge of Health Care Reform and articulates its impacts.

Requirements

• College preferred and 5+ years equivalent related experience. • Strong understanding of Taft-Hartley and/or Federal Business required. • Proficient knowledge (min 3-5 years) in healthcare / managed care business required. • Data analytics and presentation skills, strong communication skills & responsiveness required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and credible presenter. • Highly proficient in data analytics and use of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. • Ability to travel regionally, approximately twice per month.
