• Manage a portfolio of MIRS issues with clear updates. • Ensure timely and high-quality issue resolution. • Develop partnerships with Compliance MBS and SMEs. • Utilize standard project management tools. • Maintain documentation and reporting for each MIRS issue. • Create effective communication and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Medicare operations & regulations. • Project Management certification. • Change Management and Process Improvement knowledge. • Conducting Root Cause Analysis and Impact Analysis. • Building Remediation Plans. • Effective verbal and written communications skills. • Facilitating meetings and engaging with all organization levels. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of related tools is a plus.
