β€’ Manager of Desk Audit in Pharmacy Audit, managing a team in Quality Assurance. β€’ Develop and lead Total Quality Management strategies. β€’ Identify operational improvement opportunities impacting customers and vendors. β€’ Responsible for using analytical skills to identify audit risks and develop plans. β€’ Produce reports to meet the needs of stakeholders. β€’ Provide updates to management on audits and escalated issues. β€’ Coach and develop team, manage employee relations issues, and oversee hiring.

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS degree preferred, HS Diploma required. β€’ Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred. β€’ At least 3 years of relevant pharmacy experience in retail or PBM setting. β€’ Leadership/Supervisory experience. β€’ Ability to succeed in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. β€’ Ability to motivate employees and handle difficult employee relations issues. β€’ Strong proficiency in MS office applications. β€’ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
