Description

• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees • Administering user access and permissions, primarily centralized through JumpCloud. • Supporting user environments, including Windows and Mac systems • Troubleshooting IT-related issues and maintaining hardware inventory • Supporting adherence to ISO 27001 standards • Assisting in the monitoring and resolution of IT security alerts • Participating in DevOps-related tasks • Gaining exposure to infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Kubernetes • Assisting in automated process implementation to improve IT efficiency

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT support functions, including user account management and troubleshooting • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems • Interest in learning DevOps tools and practices • Bonus Points • Familiarity with JumpCloud or other directory services • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS • Exposure to scripting or programming (Python, Bash, etc.) • Experience working in a remote environment
