Description

• Participate in execution and delivery of team's VGOS • Define and provide metric and KPI based reporting • Execute talent strategy for team • Manage reporting staff and ensure standards for project artifacts • Coordinate between IT functional areas, customers, and stakeholders • Maintain deliverables within cost, schedule, and quality variances • Generate and maintain roadmaps tracking to plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education • Understanding of hypervisors, automation/orchestration of IaaS/PaaS cloud services • Experience managing hybrid cloud services • Successful, progressive leadership experience in a matrixed environment • Demonstrated success in recruiting, building, developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing workforce • Demonstrated success in long-term planning while adapting to changing customer demands • Open to 4-6 years of relevant experience
