Description

• Provide counsel and advice to Leadership on Product Management matters • Responsible for product management efforts for significant product/brand • RFP response coordination and program management • Interface with multiple departments to develop product requirements • Prepare and coordinate product introductions and updates • Assess current and future Market needs and competitive landscape • Provide thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in healthcare • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred • Successful track record of managing all stages of the Product Development Lifecycle • Experience in customer journey mapping and use case development • Strong influencing and presentation skills • Ability to develop Product strategies and execute them in the Market • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams • Strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving abilities • Excellent organizational agility skills • Up to 30% travel may be required • Product experience with Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Occupational Health and Pharmacy
