β’ Bachelor's degree preferred or at least 2 years of relevant experience in proposal management β’ Healthcare background preferred (but not required) β’ Solid understanding of Cigna's products and services (a plus, but not required) β’ Proposal Automation Software system experience is required β’ Strong writing skills, including the ability to create proposal responses from scratch with minimal or no direction β’ Critical thinker who can quickly absorb large quantities of information and synthesize them into cohesive messaging β’ Exceptional verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate conference calls with large groups β’ High degree of organizational ability and strong project management skills β’ Strong work ethic, with a drive to learn, collaborative spirit, and can-do/will-do attitude β’ Customer-focused, with a detail-oriented approach, and not afraid to take on a challenge β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
