Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions. • Use various sourcing methods to attract top talent. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams. • Assist in negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process. • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and institutes. • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and new sourcing techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders. • Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment. • Background experience in BPO, Call Centre, or ESL preferred. • Experience with bulk recruitment preferred. • Knowledge of recruitment best practices preferred.
