• This is a remote position. • They are looking for an Account Manager who plays a pivotal role in onboarding new clients, ensuring their smooth integration into services, and building strong, long-term relationships. • They will provide world-class client care through clear and effective communication while collaborating with the Marketing and Web Teams on project timelines and budgets. • If you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns, a creative thinker who can tailor marketing strategies to fit unique client goals, and adept at using marketing tools such as Canva, CRMs, Google Ads, and social media platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in managing clients and customer communication. • Proficient in tools like Canva, Email Marketing Platforms, CRMs, Meta Platforms (Content and Ads), LinkedIn (Content and Ads), Google Ads, and Programmatic Ads. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. • Experience in leading teams, mentoring, and collaborating cross-functionally. • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to develop innovative solutions and marketing strategies. • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in client needs and industry trends. • Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with clients.
