• The House of Mercier is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent focused on financial services. • Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to financial products, transactions, and account management. • Deliver accurate information and exceptional support to maintain customer satisfaction and trust. • Document customer interactions and collaborate with financial service teams. • Stay updated on financial products, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed advice.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. • Experience in customer service, particularly in financial services or banking, is preferred. • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer-centric service. • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
