• The House of Mercier is thrilled to announce an opening for a Virtual Account Representative. • This remote position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to kickstart their careers in account management without the need for prior experience. • As a Virtual Account Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with customers, helping them manage their accounts, and providing exceptional service regarding our luxurious jewelry collections. • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Manage customer accounts, including assisting with order placements and providing updates. • Share product knowledge to guide customers in their buying decisions. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary. • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and optimize processes. • Participate in training and development sessions to expand your skills and product knowledge. • Assist the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; we seek enthusiastic, motivated individuals. • Strong command of the English language; additional languages beneficial. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in using computers and online communication platforms. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment. • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. • An interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
