Description

• Analyze customer data to understand behavior patterns and identify churn/retention trends. • Create retention strategies like loyalty programs and campaigns to re-engage at-risk customers. • Work with the retention team to manage email campaigns from start to finish. • Help design and implement A/B tests to improve email content, subject lines, and send times. • Monitor customer feedback across various platforms, and analyze it to identify areas for improvement. • Work with the team to share insights and contribute. • Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Current student in their final year or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and thoroughness. • Trend Awareness: Interest in staying up-to-date with the latest email marketing, advertising trends & information. • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of email marketing principles and tools (e.g., Ontraport, Mailchimp) is a plus. • Language: Fluency in both English and Lithuanian. • Bonus: Experience and/or certificates in Google Analytics, HTML, and Photoshop. • Industry Passion: Passion for health, wellness, and the supplement industry. • AI Enthusiasm: Eagerness to leverage AI technologies to enhance Advertising effectiveness.
