Description

• The Role • We are looking for an Associate Director to be based on the West Coast to join our US practice, to lead medium size projects or lead major strands on some of our larger projects. • An Associate Director within our procurement team would have relevant experience of Real Estate and Facilities Management outsourcing, either from consulting, client or supplier side. • Our procurement team work with CRE and procurement functions to advise on all aspects of outsourcing programmes, including sourcing strategy, procurement, commercial models, governance and relationship models and technology and data strategies. • In such a role, you will be expected to work independently and will be managing and coaching more junior team members and reporting directly to clients at a senior level. • In addition, our Associate Directors actively contribute to our thriving business’ life and culture as well as lead on business development areas.

Requirements

• Alignment with our company behaviours: Play To Win, Own Your Outcome, Solve It Together, Help Each Other Grow • Proven track record in a similar RE, PM and FM procurement consulting environment • Experience of working in a major management consulting business (strongly beneficial) • Outstanding consulting and stakeholder engagement skills • Positive experience of managing and coaching more junior resources • Excellent analytical skills and proven track record of leading complex pieces of analysis • Excellent presentation and report writing skills • Deep experience of developing relationships and ability to engage with clients to assess needs and scope projects requirements • Ability and interest in a very varied working day and ability to multi-task • Ability and experience of leading similar consulting projects • Ability to lead the delivery of key presentations to a senior client team
