Description

• We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our US practice • Support and lead elements of work within our projects, both client facing and internal. • Deliver client projects independently to a high standard. • Previous experience within procurement will be highly beneficial. • Deliver work independently across a range of client engagements. • Build strong relationships and be an integral part of the team • We encourage a positive balance to hybrid working. • Work partly at client offices or from our own office locations depending on your location.

Requirements

• Alignment with our company behaviours: Play To Win, Own Your Outcome, Solve It Together, Help Each Other Grow • Conduct data analysis, develop insights, and present findings to clients independently. • Build and analyse financial models and prepare presentations with minimal supervision. • Support client meetings and manage day-to-day client project activities. • Document best practices, market insights, and emerging trends in real estate and facilities management. • Lead proposal development with team input and develop business cases to create client value. • Relevant professional qualifications are advantageous but not required. • Extensive experience in large real estate, FM, and project services procurement (technical, commercial, and holistic). • Proficiency in process design and public sector procurement. • International procurement expertise and commercial model development. • Experience with relational contract models, including Vested, benchmarking, and market knowledge of key players.
