• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience (8+ years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation, demand generation, and marketing strategy. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, events, thought leadership, and account-based marketing. • Experience in managing and leading marketing teams. • Excellent data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns. • Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
