📋 Description
• We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our company. • As a Sales and Customer Service Representative with The Mathews Agency, you’ll help current and prospective customers determine which of our plans best fits their needs while building lasting relationships with them. • Assist clients by giving customized quotes, trying to find something within their budget. • Explain approved policies to customers. • Regularly revisit clients to reevaluate their policy needs, suggesting modifications and updates.
