• Own the relationship between the company and the partners • Provide Project Managers, Product Owners and Tech with customer feedback and requests through relevant channels • Coordinate projects and activities for partners, within the company • Coordinate and communicate roadmaps, roll-out of system integrations, product features, promotional tool and back-end and front-end releases to partners • Educate and train new and existing partners for systems, tools and features available • Track and report on account status on regular basis for relevant KPIs • Follow up on partner's projections and results • Coach and challenge our partners, always being a step ahead and identifying improvement areas • Manage, maintain and inform of news, game release schedule, access, promotions and marketing material to partners via relevant channels • Contribute to business discussions around the company's day-to-day operations and long-term strategy
• Relevant iGaming experience, as an Account Manager with a Platform Provider • Strong account management skills • Strong ownership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organisations • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence • Experience of working with a CRM or Business Intelligence tool is a plus • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
