📋 Description
• The Southern Division Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their needs. • This person will also be responsible for selling liners and finished goods. • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. • Manage communications and relations with assigned Division of Home Depot corporate buyers and assistants. • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products to existing clients. • Track progress towards quarterly and annual targets, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Five years of corporate account management sales experience required. • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. • Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle. • Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations. • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions, including humidity, various outdoor temperatures, and tolerate exposure to typical noises and smells associated with the greenhouse.
