Description

• The Deputy Program Manager will report directly to the Program Manager. • Responsible for managing specific FEMA Continuous Program BPA task orders. • Assist the Program Manager in managing various functions and deliverables. • Serve as the Program Manager in their absence. • Available to the COR via telephone and email 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 PM EST. • For disaster response, available 24/7 for FEMA requests.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree Required. • Minimum of ten years recent experience managing a contract of similar size and scope. • Direct experience with FEMA required; with minimum of ten years of emergency management and/or homeland security experience to include work on a declared disaster, and experience with state and local emergency management agencies. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, time-critical support activities simultaneously, including analysis and data collection. • Demonstrated experience producing written reports for elected officials, executives, and senior leadership. • Demonstrated experience facilitating executive and senior leadership discussions, working groups, or events. • Ability to develop project management documentation and detailed project work plans and execute those tasks in less than 72 hours. • Must possess strong computer skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Teams. • Ability to type 45 wpm.
