Requirements

• Proven experience in TikTok account management, especially with affiliate programs and the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center. • Strategic mindset with a track record of successfully leading and growing a service. • Strong client communication skills, comfortable with presentations, client meetings, and evaluation calls. • Ability to quickly adapt to and stay ahead of TikTok’s platform updates. • Team-oriented leadership, ready to foster proactive problem-solving and collaborative decision-making. • Experience working with remote teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
