Description
• Lead Complex Technical Programs: Use your technical expertise to oversee large, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to successful delivery. • Drive Agile Excellence: Orchestrate Program Increment (PI) planning events. • Balance Stakeholder Needs: Manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders. • Risk Mitigation: Identify critical technical risks early. • Foster Collaboration: Build trusted relationships across R&D and cross-functional teams. • Influence with Clarity: Communicate complex technical tradeoffs. • Strategize and Execute: Oversee the technical, strategic, and operational aspects of projects. • Enable Continuous Improvement: Champion Agile and Scrum principles.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment. • PMP and/or SAFe certification is a plus. • Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks. • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • A track record of identifying critical risks early. • Exceptional interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
