• PPD is revolutionizing patient recruitment. • The Associate Director provides strategy and support to the Digital Screening and Engagement teams. • Develop processes and tools for the screening and engagement strategy. • Communicate with sponsors regularly to identify potential problem areas. • Supports vendor management at the governance level. • Manage staff including interviewing, job description preparation, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. • Previous patient recruitment experience (comparable to 8+ years’ experience). • Strong knowledge of patient recruitment and the clinical development lifecycle. • Good knowledge of cross functional operational execution. • Excellent knowledge of the business development cycle. • Creative thinker that can consolidate complex strategies. • Ability to develop business cases for future adoption of Patient Recruitment solutions. • Strong financial acumen with strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and resource management. • Excellent judgment and decision-making capability. • Strong negotiation skills. • Strong people skills and ability to influence at all levels. • Exceptional knowledge of project management principles. • Proficient in medical therapeutic area and medical terminology. • Cultural awareness with ability to work across geographies and cultures. • Expert in process improvement techniques. • Capable of executing strategic plans through leveraging relationships.
