β€’ Partner with division and business unit leadership to drive the people strategy for the North America business, aligning it with the defined business strategy. β€’ Progress the culture with a focus on employee safety, quality, and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment. β€’ Collaborate on organizational design and development initiatives, employing change management strategies. β€’ Improve people and leadership development, by enhancing performance feedback and employee development. β€’ Partner with business and HR leaders to assess current talent and develop long-term talent strategies. β€’ Drive global sourcing and recruitment process, improving diversity and talent level. β€’ Ensure implementation of effective compensation plans and programs. β€’ Collaborate with HR colleagues to create and enhance HR services, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelors' degree required; equivalent experience in human resources will also be considered. β€’ Minimum 8+ years of HR management experience, including global HR experience. β€’ Broad-based HR experience and progressively responsible leadership roles. β€’ Experience translating business needs into effective strategies and actions. β€’ Experience leading HR strategies in a global business environment preferred. β€’ Proven expertise in designing and managing systems and programs. β€’ Strong communication and influencing skills. β€’ Strategic thinking and strong execution abilities. β€’ Demonstrated experience in organizational design is preferred. β€’ Ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. β€’ Experience in assessing and integrating acquisitions from an HR standpoint. β€’ Ability to act as a credible coach and facilitator. β€’ Collaborative decision-making and work style. β€’ Comfortable in a highly complex, fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to build trust and establish credibility. β€’ Drive for results and uncompromising integrity.
