Description

• Schedule and perform on-site maintenance, repair, and installation on Cytomat Products and LAI system components • Perform on-site training relative to system service, maintenance, and basic operation • Keep track and maintain local spare parts inventory • Ensure that all documentation related to in-house and on-site support activity is completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis • Diagnose problems over the phone and/or using remote software • Follow up to ensure problems were resolved to the customer’s satisfaction • Actively supervise the status of contract, warranty, and installed customers

Requirements

• Education Technology diploma in Mechatronics, Electro-mechanical engineering, Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or equivalent • Minimum 5 years practical experience in field service or solving software and lab equipment • Validated experience with automation, robots, and/or device instrumentation • System-level diagnostic skills using inquiries, observations, system schematics & documentation, software tools, and communications/electrical diagnostic aids • Multi-disciplinary technical skills, excellent with software, electrical, and mechanical systems • Comfortable with general use of computers, adept with serial communications cabling, network diagnostics, and at least a rudimentary knowledge of programming languages • Familiar with wiring and pneumatics, and mechanical systems (CAD drawings, fasteners) • Working proficiency of Momentum software features and operations is a plus • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, professional working proficiency in English, additional languages helpful
