Description

• Lead the analytical arm of the Division Finance function. • Drive data fidelity and best-in-class operational efficiency via a single source of truth dashboard. • Collaborate with teams to create scalable financial models and dashboards. • Maintain and improve molecule intelligence model for enhanced analytics. • Build close business partnership with leadership teams to improve forecast accuracy. • Provide variance explanations and organic growth walks as required. • Explore new data sources to continuously improve analytics. • Mentor team of Financial Analyst(s). • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Business Unit and Division. • Participate in PPI process for function, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field of study. • 4 years of relevant experience in Operations Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related occupations/experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field of study plus 6 years of relevant experience in Operations Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related occupations/experience. • Data visualization and analytical tools (Microsoft Power BI super user, Tableau, R, Alteryx, and Excel-based dashboards); • Technical ability to effectively navigate interplay between all financial systems (E1, INFOR A+, SAP, SPoT, Hyperion Planning, and HFM/CMR); • SQL and DAX • AWS Athena • Salesforce (SFDC) and related customer relationship management tools • Databricks and associated generative AI platforms • Translate data and metrics into predictable, value-added business models; and • Formulating and driving continuous process improvements (Kaizen, PPI)
