• Supports functions related to financial and business analysis, budgeting, and capital planning. • Provides management with financial analyses that identify opportunities and measure performance. • Prepares capital plans, budgets, and ensures adherence to schedules. • Prepares monthly budget reports and works with management to address variances. • Reviews financial reports and analysis with management and identifies risks and opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or related field is required. • Master's degree or professional designation (CPA, CMA) is preferred. • 3 years related experience in finance or accounting role required; experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
