• Analyze customer needs and recommend HR technology solutions • Collaborate with partners for Payroll Roadmap goals • Understand ServiceNow and Workday functionalities for productivity solutions • Develop functional requirements for technical solutions • Lead smaller HR projects and ensure successful deployment • Cultivate an environment of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, IT or related field • Experienced organization and planning skills with solid attention to detail • Good social and consultative skills • Proficient verbal and written communication in addition to excellent listening skills • 5+ years Human Resources, HR Shared Services, HR Consulting, HR Operations, or IT related experience • Consistent track record of supporting systems and processes, preferably in a large, global sophisticated organization • Knowledge of ServiceNow HR functionalities • Knowledge of Workday functionalities, especially Absence & Time off • Ability to work multi-functionally with a matrixed team of experts across functions and business groups • Attention to detail • Strong customer service and stakeholder leadership skills • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills • In-depth diagnosis, decisioning, and analytical skills required • Ability to handle change effectively • Project management skills preferred • Workday HCM, or other HR systems experience preferred
