Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical field or equivalent combination of experience and education • Minimum of 7 years procurement/sourcing experience in mid to large multinational companies • Business insight – knows how to assess market/business requirements dynamics and negotiate agreements • Experience working in highly regulated industries • Proven consultative/collaborative style in performing sourcing activities • Influences without authority to empower a cross-functional team in multiple geographies.
