Description

• Independently leading the design, implement, interpret, and review inventory management plan to forecast supply plan • Ensuring robust plans that optimize global and regional supply strategies • Informal leader improving processes, tools, and resources • Providing mentorship and guidance for new hires and less experienced planners • Reviewing IRT strategy to ensure it supports supply plans • Partnering with project management to share key client data for effective planning • Establishing and maintaining financial forecasts and monthly billing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required • 4 years of supply chain and/or planning experience managing global supply • 3 years experience accepted with advanced degree • Understanding of clinical supply requirements and phases of clinical development preferred • Requires strong eye for business and knowledge of the manufacturing process • Requires enhanced PC knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Requires interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work in teams • Requires excellent analytical and organizational skills • APICS certification or equivalent preferred
