Description

• The Field Service Engineering Supervisor for MSD works in partnership with the regional manager to support the employees. • Perform on-site installations, service and repair of equipment. • Assist your engineers to improve operational quality of equipment. • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the systems. • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience • 10 years hands on technical experience installing, solving, repairing and calibrating tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB or similar systems • Excellent interpersonal skills • A valid passport is required to support travel regionally and internationally as required • Must possess a valid driver’s license • Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • The ability to secure entrance to US Government laboratories and facilities, if required
