📋 Description

• Seeking a Sr Staff IT Architect with Adobe Experience Platform experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies • Lead and support implementation of Customer Data Platform and Experience Cloud services • Design and manage data integration strategies to unify customer profiles • Develop customer segmentation strategies using data analytics • Utilize statistical models and machine learning algorithms for insights • Employ data modeling for customer journey optimization and predictive analytics • Implement personalized experiences based on data • Measure and optimize performance of customer journeys and campaigns • Provide training and support on AEP tools and data strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience is acceptable. • A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus. • 7+ years of experience in IT architecture and system design. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEP or similar customer data platforms. • Experience working with large-scale datasets, including data integration, data architecture, and data transformation. • Proven understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred). • Solid understanding of AEP components such as Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Audience Manager, etc. • Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data integration techniques (ETL, APIs). • Proficiency in system integration and data architecture. • Capability to analyze multiple systems and offer clear, actionable recommendations for improvement. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers. • Relevant IT certifications are highly preferred.
