• The Senior Xactly Admin & Compensation Analyst will partner with the Director, Sales Operations in managing the Pharma Services Group (PSG) Global Sales organization compensation process. • They will support the execution of initiatives and projects to drive the sales organization for success within defined strategies and objectives. • The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience with sales compensation and using large sets of data. • They will also have strong business insight combined with analytical skills and the ability to work/influence in a cross functional environment. • This role will support the governance and administration of quarterly and annual sales incentive compensation, including administration and development of the Xactly Incent platform. • Ensure the accuracy of commission calculations by maintaining and validating the integrity of SFDC sales data. • Provide support in the design and documentation of commission plans. • Produce and analyze reports related to commissions to monitor performance and identify relevant trends. • Offer valuable insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of commission data. • Facilitate training sessions for new hires and provide continuous education to existing team members on the commission structure and process. • Address and resolve inquiries from the sales team regarding commission calculations or payment discrepancies.

Requirements

• Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience. • A minimum 4+ years of prior experience with Xactly Incent Platform • A minimum 4+ years of prior experience in commission administration or sales operation • Global experience / ability to work across various regions. • Must be exceptionally detail oriented with strong analytical skills. • Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across organizational levels and functions. • Able to work independently, multi-task, and maintain focus on the goals at hand.
