Description
• Direct communication with the sales representatives about the status and requirements for an accounts review. • Placing or releasing balance holds on account funds as needed for provisionally approved accounts or setting a reserve if part of the credit requirement for boarding. • Assists with regulatory compliance review of higher risk accounts.
Requirements
• Previous experience or education in credit underwriting. • Knowledge of systems used daily for review such as Giact, Tincheck, Lexis Nexis and Equifax. • The ability to effectively communicate with sales and other support teams. • Detailed oriented for notes and communications. • Able to work under a Service Length Agreement of 4 hours for communications via email.
