• As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you’ll discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale! • Join our colleagues in bringing our Mission to life every single day to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. • This role offers the opportunity to support our global recruitment team and contribute significantly to our Talent Acquisition strategies through training and development. • Develop and present engaging and informative training sessions and materials for our Talent Acquisition team to stay up-to-date with the latest processes and programs. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leaders and Shared Services to execute process changes and address critical issues, ensuring seamless operations. • Build and Implement Process Improvements: Passion for developing, documenting, and implementing initiatives to improve Talent Acquisition procedures. • Deliver first line support through ticketing system for Talent Acquisition inquiries across the spectrum of TA systems, policies, processes etc. • Work closely with recruiters and coordinators to understand their daily processes and find opportunities for improvement or efficiencies. • Support onboarding of new Talent Acquisition team members, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field. • Or HS Diploma and related experience. • 2+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems or HR Technology. • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with a preference for Workday Recruit & Phenom. • Expertise in developing and delivering captivating training content and materials. • Experience in customer service or technical troubleshooting. • Strong digital literacy using multimedia content development tools & MS products, particularly Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Apps and PowerPoint. • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with associates at all levels of the organization. • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and effectively managing time constraints. • Preferred: Instructional design and/or prior training experience. • Experience with onboarding program management. • Experience using Rise Articulate or Adobe Captivate. • Experience using video editing programs (Camtasia / Adobe Premier / Final Cut Pro).
