📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize new client opportunities to drive business growth. • Conduct prospecting activities, establish relationships with key opinion leaders, and improve market penetration. • Develop positive relationships with major decision-makers within accounts. • Support Account Managers with strategy development and execution. • Communicate customer feedback to the Business Unit and support new product introductions. • Collaborate with sales teams to manage the sales funnel and achieve sales goals. • Maintain awareness of competitor and industry trends; introduce new products and services. • Work collaboratively in a team-selling environment and engage internal resources to solve customer challenges. • Lead team coordination with various internal specialists to provide technical expertise. • Represent the company at seminars and workshops, and provide training to Account Managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of sales experience in the analytical instrument market. • Proven track record of sales achievements and managing high-value accounts. • Master’s degree in science or equivalent work experience. • Insight into industry trends and challenges is preferred. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. • Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel.
