ā¢ Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states ā¢ Manage all payroll-related tasks including new hire setup, terminations, and wage adjustments ā¢ Review and validate time and attendance data ā¢ Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations ā¢ Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related reports ā¢ Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters ā¢ Assist with year-end processes including W-2 preparation ā¢ Review and process timecards for compliance ā¢ Compute, post, and reconcile PTO accrual ā¢ Review and update Holiday reconciliation ā¢ Perform GL account reconciliation for payroll accounts
ā¢ Minimum 5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience ā¢ Demonstrated proficiency with Paylocity HRIS platform ā¢ Experience in Deltek/CostPoint is a plus ā¢ Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations ā¢ Excellent attention to detail and mathematical skills ā¢ Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis ā¢ Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills ā¢ Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred ā¢ Payroll certification (CPP or FPC) is a plus
