• Who We Are: Think Academy US, a 100% owned subsidiary of TAL Education Group, offers K-12 extra-curricular learning services. • Your Role: Provide expert guidance to parents, ensuring their students’ needs are effectively met. • Shifts: Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST, Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST.

Requirements

• Passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on. • Strong communicator who is friendly, attentive, and skilled at understanding customer needs. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses. • Able to commit at least 20 hours per week. • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
