• Assist in identifying potential TikTok influencers for collaboration. • Conduct outreach to influencers and manage initial communications. • Support negotiations and contract management with influencers. • Help coordinate and monitor influencer campaigns to ensure successful execution. • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations. • Maintain organized records of influencer contacts and campaign details. • Collaborate with the broader social media and marketing teams to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies. • Stay updated with trends and best practices in TikTok influencer marketing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Strong interest in social media and influencer marketing. • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. • Familiarity with TikTok and its influencer landscape. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude. • Previous experience in marketing or business development is a plus.
