• TheyDo is a fully remote B2B SaaS organisation, the leading journey management platform. • As a Sales Engineer, you will support the sales team and clients by demonstrating technical capabilities. • Lead product demonstrations, design solutions, and provide technical guidance to clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on industry trends.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical consulting role, ideally in SaaS, customer experience (CX), AI, collaboration, or analytics platforms. • Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, APIs, data integrations, enterprise software architectures, and security best practices. • Experience with customer experience management, AI-driven analytics, or collaboration tools, with a proven ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly. • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into practical solutions using our platform. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Experience with CX platforms • Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, or light development for creating custom solutions. • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Value Based Selling and Customer-Centric Selling.
