Description

• Manage paid campaigns for strong brands and exciting startups • Design, analyze, and control advertising campaigns regarding relevant KPIs • Create reports and implement optimizations in campaigns • Proactively advise clients and develop comprehensive marketing strategies • Act as a sparring partner for clients, colleagues, and partners (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) • Accompany the creative process and work closely with the creative team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Paid Ads • Enjoy analyzing KPIs and deriving recommendations for clients • Solid knowledge in web analytics and tag management • Team player, eager to make Think11's success story • Passion for online marketing and sharing knowledge with clients • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
